How to enforce parents to support their children
The child support is the forthright parts of cases unless one of the people is self employed. Most parents don’t show their actual gross income to the federal government. There are some information that can be detect during the enquiry to show wrong income and some expert like vocational consultant and forensic accountants can testify the rep ort about the spouse income and their earning capacity.
Most of the parents think that they have obligation to support their children. Some parents don’t understand, however, how much support is enough for law satisfaction, how to enforce parents to support their children and what is legally constitutes child support. Parents have some legal responsibility to support their children up to the age of 18 or should be graduated from high school. the amount for the child support is controlled by the law which determine child support with a formula that is based upon the parent income, medical care amount , some other expenses like travels, educations.
The legal system usually makes no efforts to verify the person who is supporting their children unless the parents bring the matter in the court after filling lawsuit to make a child support order. The reasons of most issues are in the context of paternity or divorce case or where the state is seeking the reimbursement for the public assistance benefit provided to one of the parents on behalf of a child. After filling the law suit, court determines that the amount of child support that should be paid by parents. Calchildsupprt uses a set of guidelines approved by the Supreme Court to determine the amount. These guidelines require court to use a mathematical formula for calculating child support that depends on different factors.
After taking the step of divorce, living standard of the family becomes down. It create the problem for the child support order to meet needs of children and enforcing court orders against both parents who refuses to make court ordered child support payment. Both parents have a legal duty to support their child. The child support guidelines are applied when the application of the guidelines is inappropriate in a particular case.
Child support payment has to be given for the ordinary expense like food, shelter, clothing, education and medical need for the children only. Both parents should have fulfilled duty to support their children not just only the paying parents. We at the calchildsupportlaw.com analyze the case to determine which enforcement remedies will most effectively require payment of support.

If you are a single parent for whatever reason – do you think that family support makes a difference ?
Yes family support makes a difference.
cheap things to buy to sell on ebay for a profit?
bearing in mind that im only 15 but i have quite a business kindof brain…
all of my friends have jobs in cafes and stuff but i think that this would be a better way to get money
but obviously im not looking to be spending loads of money and i dont really need to make LOADS either because i dont have a family to support
but my parents make me pay for clothes and trips to town ect.. so i DEFINATLY need money
i know that you need to be 18 to sell things on ebay but my dad is happy to do the actual selling for me if i put in all the money and work
so yeah any ideas??? thankyou!!!
First start off by selling some of the clothes that you have and don’t want anymore (as long as they are in great conditon). Once you get the hang of it visit thrift stores and find clothes to resell from there. This will help you get the hang of selling and deternining how much you should charge. After awhile you can look into buying things wholesale and reselling.
