I am pooped! I actually managed to stay up and watch the whole game last night. I wasn’t sure I would make it much past the 7th inning. But I had to see it for myself. Before this season I thought it would be another 86 years. I don’t know if there was any jigging this time around. Just couldn’t stay up any later!!

Course the whole day was fun filled. It was The Karate Kid’s birthday. My baby is 8 YEARS OLD Wahhhhh! WE went to build-a-bear and he made a Red Sox Bear (pictures to follow on Flickr when I get a chance this afternoon) We took the requisite picture with bear that we have done since he was a new born (my grandmother gave it to him and we took pictures of him with it for her because it was so much bigger than him… then again on his first birthday… she passed away a few months later, but we kept the tradition going) Then we went pumpkin picking…wasn’t much left to pick, but the kids got a couple good ones we will carve this afternoon after homework is done. (and hopefully more pics will follow… I have a coupon for 100 free prints burning a hole in my pocket and it expires Wednesday!!)

After a slight nudge from the Fizzy Girl, I joined the NaBloPoMo thing. It should be a challenge to post the whole month long… But I am committed to doing so… or should that read that I should be committed… whatever. I better get to bed early the next couple nights so I can be nice and fresh and witty with the posting stuff.

Now I must consume copious amounts of caffeine and hit the road.
