Will be heading home tomorrow… sigh! I love the time here, but can’t wait to get home and sleep in my own bed.

I have started and stopped this entry so many times, because my words don’t feel strong enough to express exactly how much your friendship means to me. The support you have offered over the mess I have been through over the last few months has meant the world to me. I thank the Cola gods that I stumbled upon your blog all that time ago! So we moved in here in Aug ‘03, and then bought the place in June ‘04. Been here ever since. Owning a two family isn’t the best for finding privacy. especially ours that used to be a one family home.. has thin uninsulated walls and creaky floor boards. But it is ours. And someday we will have it looking like we want it.

The inlaws still drop by whenever the hell they feel like, without calling first. I have pretended to not be home a couple times. I know that sounds mean, but SILW/MS is a PITA sometimes. She’s the only one I have done it to.

We would love to have a one family home someday, but that isn’t going to happen in the foreseeable future, if ever. Funny how easily I can give up on some dreams. Guess I have just found that other things are more important.
